For Stephanie Welter, who dreamed of becoming a “businesswoman” when she was young, this is literally her dream job, even if a winding road brough her here. Stephanie spent years as the executive director of a national foundation, giving her ample experience in financial literacy, directly benefiting clients as she expertly guides them through detailed mortgage and banking decisions.
Two things set Stephanie apart—her genuine love of making connections with people, and the fact that she is dually licensed as a loan officer and real estate agent. Stephanie has a singular ability to truly understand her clients’ goals, and serve as a hub for all of their financing and real estate needs.

“Learning I could be licensed as a loan office and a real estate agent was a revelation to me,” she recalls. “Doing both is almost unheard of and I’m able to provide more wholistic support. I truly love the personal aspect of my job; I really hear people and never push them one way or the other. I love meeting people and educating them on financial freedom.”
Buyer’s Agent Allison Boshell understands the life-changing impact buying a home can have on a family.
“My parents rented my entire life,” she recounts. “They finally bought a home at the end of 2021, and knowing what a huge deal this was for them really spoke to me. It made so much sense to me that this was my path because I can relate to what people are going through—excitement, stress, dread. Not to mention I can understand what their children are going through.”

Allison’s drive to help people find their homes is inspired by watching her mother’s joy and excitement of settling on her dream property surrounded by oak trees. She personally understands the importance of these decisions and it fuels her commitment to becoming a true partner and advocate for her client.
As Client Care Coordinator, Theresa Amidei not only brings years of experience in education to her role of guiding clients through this process, she also grew up with a front row seat to the industry. Her mother worked for a home builder and Theresa helped her at work since she was a child.
Theresa’s compassion, honesty, and dedication to detail supports clients. She works hard to make sure they know what steps to take and when, what paperwork and information to gather, and she shines a light on the road forward to eliminate unforeseen obstacles.

“I love helping people complete the dream of finding their new home and making it as seamless as possible,” she says. “I am very detail-oriented and like to keep things on a schedule. I think that helps to keep things moving and everyone is updated with transactions and who is supposed to do what—what the next steps are and what to expect. I think we do a great job of setting up those expectations and really talk to clients.”
