So much to share about Stephanie Welter and her team. I reached out to Stephanie Welter, when I saw her GORGEOUS lake house that she was putting up for sale, I figured, who better to find our forever home on the lake, than a realtor with a lake house. We had specifications and of course a budget, it would be a total downsize for us but we certainly wanted our home move in ready. So the girls were off and running, Stephanie, with putting our house on the market, Allison on a hunt for our "Forever Home" and Theresa, getting all of the ducks in a row with credit checks & financing. Our house was sold for over what we wanted in 2 days, and within a couple of weeks they found us our home on the lake!!

There’s nothing more to say about Stephanie except she gets the job done. She’s very easy to work with, unbelievably responsive to messages and questions, honest, motivated and reliable. I never felt that she dropped off or was not engaged. If she didn’t know something, she would say she will ask her team and gets back to you promptly. We were extremely comfortable working with her throughout the process of buying a home and she also helped us with the financing. I would recommend everyone to her and her team. Stephanie is truly amazing! I not only found one of the best realtors but I also made a friend! She is down to earth and truthful but very professional! She is highly knowledgeable and passionate about her job!! I cannot imagine finding anyone better! She made this journey for me painless and has always been there to answer all of my questions, no matter what day or time it was!
